Terms of service

The rules for buying from Duck & Pippin. They apply to every order placed in our shop.

About us

Your order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund any payment straight away. You must be 18 or older to order.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay, and shipping is free on orders over €39 (449 kr in Sweden and Norway, £35 in the United Kingdom). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If you pay with a payment service such as pay later or instalments, that provider's own terms apply as well.

Delivery

We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Germany and the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates, and our shipping policy lists them. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, or by a date we agreed with you, you can give us a reasonable extra period to deliver. If we still do not deliver, you can cancel the order and we refund you straight away.

Your right to change your mind

EU law, and the law in Norway and the United Kingdom, gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. Our returns and refunds policy explains how it works.

Faulty items and your legal guarantee

If something is faulty or not as described, you have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Contact us with a photo and we repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your other legal rights.

Safety and age guidance

Please read the age guidance and safety warnings on each product page and on the packaging, and supervise play as recommended for each age.

Discounts, gifts and games

  • Welcome codes and gifts are for one first order per household and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Spin the wheel and pick a friend: every prize shown can be won, one try per email address, and prizes are valid for 7 days.
  • Free gifts with purchase are added while stocks last. If you return the order, you can keep the gift.
  • Codes cannot be combined unless we say so.

Reviews

We collect reviews through Trustpilot after delivery. We publish every genuine review, positive or negative, and we never pay for reviews. Our reviews page explains how this works.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or that is caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of [TO FILL: country of the registered address]. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please write to hey@duckandpippin.com first. You can also contact your national consumer authority.

Changes

The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
