When your order leaves us
Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so delivery takes a little longer than from a local shop. We email you as soon as it is on its way.

Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.
Customs, duties and VAT
Our prices include VAT. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on delivery, please contact us before you pay it.
Orders with several items
Items can arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after the estimate, write to us. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you. If a parcel arrives damaged, please send us a photo as soon as you can.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. We can change it until the parcel leaves the warehouse. A parcel sent back because of a wrong address can be resent for the shipping cost.
